Study: hMTR4 plays a central role in creating balanced nuclear RNA pools for degradation and export VI
show Abstracthide Abstract
To examine whether the competition between hMTR4 with ALYREF is important for the specific exosome recruitment, we performed stranded RNA-seq using rRNA-depleted nuclear RNAs isolated from ALYREF and control overexpression cells. Overall design: rRNA-depleted RNAs isolated from control, ALYREF overexpression HeLa cells were generated by deep sequencing, using Illumina HiSeq X Ten.
Sample: OE Cntl-NE-1_nuclear_RNA

Instrument: HiSeq X Ten
Strategy: RNA-Seq
Source: TRANSCRIPTOMIC
Selection: cDNA
Layout: PAIRED
Construction protocol: RNA was isolated from HeLa with TRIzol (Invitrogen). 1ug of nuclear RNA was depleted with rRNA and constructed sequencing libraries. Libraries were generated with TruSeq Stranded Total RNA Sample Prep Kit (Illumina) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
